It typically takes between 3-8 business days for the funds to arrive into your account but depending on banks schedules and routing, it could take as long as 12 business-days. It’s really easy to set up within the Memento mobile app. Follow the steps under the Event button including the event title and the date. You can also create a fun hashtag for the event which guests can use to send you a cash gift. All of your Mementos will be sent on the day of the event regardless of when your guests create them, so it’s a fun surprise!

Memento uses a secure third-party API to support the ACH transactions . The company is a certified third-party sender with PIC DSS, SOC 1 & 2, HIPPA and NACHA certified. On our end, we ensure all bank transactions are fully fulfilled before completing the transaction which to-date has led to 100% success rate in combatting fraudulent use.

Memento is free to download and add to an existing registry. Memento gifts cost $1 for every $25 gift and the fees are ONLY charged to the gift giver, never the receiver. After all - it’s their celebration! t’s free to deposit your Memento gift into your connected bank account.

You can find your bank account and routing information at the bottom of your checks. At the bottom, you will see three groups of numbers. The first group is your routing number, the second is your account number and the third is your check number.

Memento actually let’s upload a pre-recorded 60-second video so you can always practice your message or even upload a saved TikTok video. Some other fun things we’ve seen, record your message at the event so the receiver always has the memory saved or showcase your pet in the video because who doesn’t love a cuddly dog, cat or hamster?

You can delete your account directly from the Memento app. Under Profile, the final menu item is ‘Delete Account’ and you select the Delete button.
